Proposed enhancements to Toolbox

We make no commitment to complete any of the following. Tentative completion dates are approximate only, and are not commitments.

• Enhancements to MDF (Multi-Dictionary Formatter). These enhancements will make it easier to handle dictionaries with multiple scripts and will make the formatting system more powerful and easier to customize. (In process, tentative completion 2009.)
